🔹 Service Visit Charge
After placing an online order, our technician will visit your home for inspection or repair.
Regardless of whether you take the service or not, a ৳300 visit/convenience charge must be paid to cover transportation and technician time cost.
(This ensures fair service and prevents misuse of free inspection requests.)

🔹 What’s Excluded

• Spare parts or materials (such as heating coil, thermostat, fuse, switch, wire, plug, or other accessories) must be provided or borne by the customer.
• Deep cleaning or descaling of geyser tank is not included in the regular repair service.
• Installation or reinstallation of a new geyser unit is not part of this service.
• Transportation cost for any large part or replacement item is not included.
• If any additional wiring or power connection line is required beyond the existing setup, extra charges will apply based on distance and complexity.
