Overview of AC Shifting Service
🔹 What’s Included

• Basic Service Before Shifting:
  Our technician performs a quick basic servicing and inspection before starting the shifting process to ensure your AC’s overall condition.
• Careful Uninstallation Process:
  The indoor and outdoor units are carefully dismantled, and all connections — including copper pipe, drain pipe, and electrical wiring — are safely disconnected to prevent any damage or gas leakage.
• Safe Handling of Copper & Connections:
  Copper lines and connection joints are carefully opened and preserved to maintain perfect gas sealing for reinstallation.
• Professional Reinstallation:
  The AC is reinstalled either in the same building or at a new location with accurate leveling, proper alignment, and airflow adjustment for optimal performance.
• Performance & Electrical Testing:
  After reinstallation, the system is fully tested to ensure smooth operation, correct cooling, and safe electrical connectivity.
• 7 Days Service Warranty:
  A 7-day service warranty is provided after every AC shifting service for customer peace of mind.

🔹 What’s Excluded

Installation Materials:
All materials required during installation — such as royal board, joint nuts, screws, royal plugs, costive, white cement, and other accessories — must be provided by the customer.

Gas Refill (If Needed):
In case the AC requires gas refilling after shifting, this will not be included in the base service charge and will incur an additional cost.

Hanging Charge 400tk ( upto 8th floor) for the outdoor unit (If applicable)

Additional 400tk will be added after 8th floor

Master Servicing (Deep Cleaning):
If the AC is excessively dirty and requires full master servicing, it will be considered an additional service and charged separately.

Transportation Cost:
The transportation cost for moving the AC from one location to another is not included and must be covered by the customer.

Power Connection Line Setup (Important):
If the power connection board or line is not previously installed and our technician needs to extend or create a new line, an additional ৳500 charge will apply.

🔹 Service Visit Charge
After placing an online order, our technician will visit your location for inspection or diagnosis.
Regardless of whether you proceed with the service or not, a ৳300 visit/convenience charge must be paid to cover transportation and technician time.
(This ensures fairness and prevents misuse of free inspections.)
